Common questions
Where is my order?
Open the app and go to your orders. Each order shows whether it has been accepted, is ready for pickup, or is out for delivery.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel in the app until the store accepts your order, and you'll get a full refund. After that, email us.
When will I get my refund?
Usually within 3 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. See refunds and returns.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings and choose Delete account. Our privacy policy explains what is removed and what is kept.
A price looks wrong
Prices from other stores are refreshed regularly but can change without notice. Email us the store and product and we'll check it.
